| UGGGHHHHH i drive myself crazy looking for stuff i keep losing! first my phone, then my glasses, and now my lab notebook! i have a report due on tuesday and am about to go home soon but i need my lab notebook and searched my car and house upside down! then i gave up and decided to go to the bookstore to buy another one but they were closed! and before i was leaving when i was in my driveway, i was thinking "maybe i should check on their website to see if they're closed for president's day weekend" but thought "nah". i should have done it! i came back to my room and saw the davis wiki window open on my computer cus i was looking up store hours for the bookstore and the bookstore website link was there. i was one click away of saving myself the trouble of driving there! and the whole time i was looking for my lab notebook, i kept finding socks and stuff. aghh im so angry!!! and annoyed!! sometimes when i dont find stuff like my phone or glasses, i just feel like its so bizarre cus it HAS to be somewhere if it once existed. but i seriously looked everywhere. so maybe it just vanished. shoot me now! i guess im pulling an all nighter when i get back on monday

| finals week sucks! i just finished one today, and as the spaniards would say, it was ridiculoso (you are silly). i filled up TWO law bluebooks front to back.. my hand was about ready to fall off by the end of the final. now i have two finals left.. two back to back 8 am and 10:30 am on saturday for chem and bio. and im here till monday because my boss asked me to work from 8-5 pm on monday.. 9 freaking hours, and i couldnt say no cus i already asked for all that time off to study and for winter break. way to spread the holiday cheer. actually the doctors at work are so nice, they gave me a really nice card with a $50 bonus! that warmed my heart, because i totally wasn't expecting. too bad i have to use it to pay the parking tickets i got. i hate taps. they are stupid. like they gave me a ticket for being 2 minutes late to my meter. i guess rules are rules, but 2 minutes is so close!
after my finals, im going to just kick back and relax because i really need a break! im sure we all do. i feel like its so close, yet so far away! i want it here now.
my bunnies are doing well. santa and santa's little helper. how fitting for the holidays haha. sometimes they get me mad, but sometimes i just want to cuddle with them because they are so cute. ill post pictures later during break

| wow so i havent updated in forever. so since the last update, a lot has happened i guess. well, let me just say hawaii was just wonderful!! i dont want people getting the wrong idea, although they usually do.. but hawaii was more than just beach and sun. so much more. of the 1000+ initiated conversations, over 500 got to hear the gospel, and 74 accepted christ!! this was the first time i've seen so many people come to know the Lord and so many lives change for the better. more hope, more peace, more joy. and that is what we're here for. i can only pray that God would continue to teach me and mold me. and grow this passion in me, that i would carry out what God has taught me in hawaii. that i would pour my everything out to my campus, friends, and the people i come across everyday. outreach. sisterhood. relationships. love. discipleship and discipline. hope. unity and fellowship. revival. prayer. epic hawaii summer project 2006- kama'aina cru.
other than summer school, which ended last week, i havent been up to much. im pretty much just chilling for the last 2 weeks.. finally a summer break. sleeping in. being lazy and not working or studying =) my short-lived luxury. i have two bunnies now. i would post pictures, but i dont have a camera anymore! my freaking purse got stolen in hawaii so i was without a phone for almost a month, and no longer have a wallet or camera. the saddest thing was losing all my pictures. but ryan yee is just wonderful. he really is, thank you if youre reading this haha. he is the reason why i have a few pictures from the last two weeks of hawaii. go to my facebook if you want to see them.
so this post actually seems to be a bunch of rambling. i havent done a post like this in a while. its kind of.. refreshing. sorry if this is boring. can i offer you a witty remark? a lighthearted story?
yesterday after coming from the backyard and taking out the trash, i walk in through the front door and i look in the mirror and see a freakingggg huuuumongous bug sitting on my head!! im screaming, and shaking my head, and going craaaazy and i ran upstairs screaming for help and ashley and jessica run to their rooms hiding, those cowards! i felt so helpless and disgusted. after coming home from santa rosa, we saw it on the wall. this big, fat, juicy, antenna wiggling green thing. ken ho 409'ed it and i hairsprayed it and that was the end of that.
speaking of bugs, a few weeks ago we missed trash day and that afternoon there were maggots in our garbage!!!!! DISGUSTING RIGHT?! then we began seeing baby flies, more and more everyday. and we raided and killed so many. the corpses were finally picked up today. disgusting!! what's even more disgusting was this humongousssss queen fly- red and green striped, buzzing in me and jess's ROOM. it lands on my desk and we bugsprayed it and it flew and landed on my desk again and jessica trapped it in a glass cup. and then it lays EGGS. freaking little clear balls pouring out of its body.. 50 billion or so. or 50. but it was disgusting!! i dont think i ever screamed so much in my life!!! and andrew said he saw little wormy thingies crawling, so they hatched fast. luckily he was around to get rid of this and clean it up. finally having andrew here almost 24/7 pays off =)
besides the bugs, living in pinnacles has been pretty sweet. im excited to have the other girls move in this week! just 8 more days left to enjoy this blissful relaxation. boo for school, hard classes, and studying!!! cheers to a great rest of summer for everyone!
